Have replaced our box springs MULTIPLE times within 2-3 years. Previously, we had used our box springs for 10+ years without problems. Downside now is we are trying to call the business, but it goes straight to voicemail. It seems that they have just recently permanently shut down. I just received replacement 2 days ago but the box spring is already broken. Called today to try to get it replaced but it is going straight to voicemail.
