Customer service at the Florence, KY location was great. Seth did an awesome job in finding the right mattress for me. However, the delivery process was absolutely awful. I was called and told that they would be here between 2pm-4pm. I expected a call when they were here or on their way. Didn’t happen. We went to Denver Mattress when we got burned by another (online) company. We made an appointment during the COVID-19 Pandemic and from the start received excellent professional customer service. We went to our scheduled appointment and were greeted by our sales person who showed us the mattress we were interested in and spoke with us about the various options with this line and others. I made a purchase the first week of March in preparation of a major ortho surgery. The original Salesmen at the Cedar Park store where happy to sell us a mattress and we had made it clear that we needed the mattress prior to March 12th. As the 12th got closer I made contact with the store manager who said the mattress would arrive either that Friday or Saturday depending upon who they hared a truck with.
