Let me start by saying this has been the worst experience buying a bed I could have ever imagined. I purchased a Sealy Thrilled Plush Pillowtop mattress from this company 1 month and 1 week ago to the day. I was told that the item I wanted to purchase was on back order from the company and would take at least 3 weeks. That was a little long for me due to needing it as soon as possible for my pregnant wife. Luckily, she found "one" in a store and said it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Rene F***** was a very friendly and professional salesman. He did not hover around us and when we finally needed to be helped, he was there, even in a very busy store at that time. He answered all our questions and we purchased a great product at a good price. We were pleased with the whole experience/

I purchased a clearance mattress, I had some trouble with it and contacted them. They told me it was used. The girl didn’t tell me it was used or I wouldn’t have purchased it. I called them, they were going to replace it. I have called for 3 days and they keep telling me someone will call me back and no one does. It seems like no one knows when they are bringing it. Apparently I’m not getting a née mattress. This is the Denver Mattress in Evansville Indiana.

The clearance mattress purchase was made on 6/11/21 and set for delivery on 6/25/21. The customer was informed of why the mattress was in clearance, but there may have been some confusion at the time of purchase. The mattress was delivered on 6/25/21, and the store was contacted by the customer to express her concerns about not knowing why the mattress was in clearance. Buyer beware, I didnt want to believe it, but Im in the same script they tell every customer as previous reviews to other ********s. **** was a great sell advocate all around and promised me my furniture late April, first week of May. Its now the last week of April and I have not heard anything from **** or Furniture Row so I decided to call. We put an order for some beds and bases in the amount of $7763.89, which is a considerable amount of money. we put 10% down as LAYAWAY, the reason for the rush was we were told to capture the sale for that day, When got home and did some calculations and measurement we found that what we are considering will not work. Being worried about them ordering anything, and getting stuck with it, we went to cancel the order. Mind you that the paper work promises that full refund on everything within 4 months. we went back 7 days late... read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would, worst experience with a furniture store. On early November 2020 I purchased a desk. At that time, I was told that the desk was going to be deliver late December because of COVID issues, and I understood, I thought it was reasonable, however they guaranteed that the desk will be deliver in December. I called to check on the desk a couple times and nobody could provide information when delivery will be made. Very rude customer service. Poor quality furniture for the price . Definitely would not recommend this place .

Purchased a Denver mattress two xl twin with adjustable bases. 10 yr service plan on bases.bed works mattress protector, bed works pillow protector, easy choice king Degree 3 eggshell split king, degree 3 taupe split king Dr choice no sf twi Dr choice no pl twi I was never shown anything that day but the dr choice. Dan showed me how nice it was for your knees to go up at relaxing way. I can not get it that way and went in a week later to ask how to get that way. You can’t they say. I wanted to purchase a queen size bed frame; from the Normal, Il store; paying cash; was greeted by a sales rep.; I told him what I wanted; he said no problem and then asked; is that what I wanted; a bed frame? I stated that was what I was there for! Duh! He proceeded to the cash register and asked for my phone number! I said no; that I just wanted a bed frame!
