Most unprofessional staff, extremely dirty. Uneducated and rude.
SO MUCH INCOMPETENCE IN URGENT CARE. Initial nurse taking vital signs was more focused on writing his paper on WWII on the hospital computer than doing his job. Registration process was anything but confidential. Once I got a room some guy in a vest did a completely unnecessary test, which as predicted, came back negative. Convincing them to do the right test was incredibly difficult. He repeatedly tried to talk me out of it. Once I basically demanded it, an actual medical professional came and did the right test. This hospital suck big time I being in the ER waiting for 10 hours to see a doctor to check my surgery scares beacuse there blooding to much the other thing is we can leaf beacuse we pay to see the doctor
