The ER staff was terrible. I was mixed up with another patient. People kept coming into my room and calling me a different name. I explained “you have the wrong person”, so finally they switched our rooms. I thought I was going to the urgent care at a little after 7 pm and then I found out after that the Urgent Care turns into the ER at 8 pm so I got charged for ER. I came in with several symptoms including a fever, an elevated heart rate, arm feeling like pins and needles, ear pain, ect. They didn’t address any of symptoms ... read more

I just wanted to thank the amazing staff in the SICU. We had a tragic family event and all of the hospital staff were so helpful, respectful, and really reached to try to know the patient and family, so that they could best honor the patient’s wishes. They even let me store my breast milk in their freezer. We are from out of state, but just wanted say thank you for wonderful healthcare.

Had a bad experience with the Denver Health STD clinic. They are a publicly funded walk-in only clinic with the hours of 7-5pm. Yet I have been turned away when I arrived at 3:30, two days in a row. They said there wasn't a nurse available the first day. The second day they were "full". Yet both times the the waiting room was empty, and I could see the badged health care workers standing in the hall and hear them chatting about unwork related things. Their body posture and the speed at which they move tell me they are not mo... read more
