Denver Health Appointment desk is a nightmare. They don’t listen to their patients. I tired several times to get an appointment after a referral was sent to the wrong department. I had the staff from my doctor trying to solve the problem instead of seeing patients. The appointment desk said you can go online to make an appointment which is not true. I appreciate that the staff at Denver Health tries to be nice, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. During my visit, multiple personal items went missing, including my clothing, jacket, house keys, and an Anker battery charger. These were lost somewhere between the ambulance ride and the hospital transfer, and despite several attempts to recover them, they never resurfaced. On October 30th, 2024, I had lower spinal surgery performed on me by Dr Angela. Downes. She lied to me about the procedure she told me she was going to do and did something completely different. I found out on my own. Most EGREGIOUS of all is I contracted MRSA during that surgery, even though I complained about pain thereafter, Dr. Downes absolutely nothing to help me. July 1st came in for diabetic medication and xray, I ended up slipping on floor with broken foot. Male nurse taunted my raiders mask accused of faking and dragged across floor by male nurse and a few security guards. When I reported to supervisor I was told the 86 was off but no subway or food 5989 And stout st won't get me appointment. I went here for 7 weeks and this was a complete waste of time and was the worst experience ever. These people didn't do anything good for me and wasted almost 2 months of my time. They have so many better clinics who actually want to help you don't waste your time here and it so sad because I wanted this help so bad and they don't know anything and its so pathetic

RUN WORST ever!!!! The dentist hands are tide up in BS. Management give no care as pain management and saving the teeth. Ibuprofen and acetaminophen is it. They pulled a molar after suffering for 2 weeks. Major Trauma and I still have a loose tooth from their screw up. OH ER THAT NIGHT!!! RUN.....
