The staff are always very kind and welcoming whenever I enter the branch, and I have never received any fees or penalties since I have opened my account! My favorite account at Denver Community is the Mile High APY account. I have ALWAYS had the BEST service from every staff member I have ever dealt with. Sometimes I go months without going in person and they always greet me by name before I even speak. They have always dealt with my out of the ordinary issues promptly and efficiently. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.
I have had my account for over a year now, never once have I had to replace anything. They want to charge me $15 to replace my card. They nickel and dime their members for everything they possibly can. I am so disappointed.

This bank is wonderful! I recently opened up a new business and turned to Denver Community Credit Union due to the positive remarks I have heard over the years from customers of DCCU. overdraft fees come out after you have made purchases with a positive balance. the staff and the acoma office were very unhelpful with helping us understand how their system works - basically gave us a oh well deal with it attitude.
Went into the branch at Mineral and Broadway to open an account. Katie and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Was in and out with the type of account I wanted. Thank you Katie for making it easy.
