They are recognized for standing up to a district that bullies and punishes those who disagree with their administration. DPS is cliquy and fire or let go many teachers who know so much more than the higher ups. Support dcta they are fighting for equal pay and so much more!
Grateful to DPS for my 12 years' education, and proud of a family member who is a current DPS educator.. I support DCTA in the efforts that our educators are duly compensated for their dedication to teaching and to their students, that they have the ability to afford and sustain their lives in their profession, and that there is sound leadership that can be trusted to make dignified, reasonable, and needed decisions for realistic (not political) change in the system.
