I love this club and the new Essentrics class they brought to the club. You have got to try this class if you are in any sort of pain at all. This class will stretch you out and take care of your aches and pains while giving you an amazing workout.
I really love this place! Great drop-in childcare, excellent workout facility that's never overcrowded and wonderful social events. The pub and bistro are perfect for family dining or meeting friends and the pub's happy hour can't be beat! I joined when we lived downtown, but I've remained a member even though we now live in Stapleton - that's how "worth it" it is!
Was lucky enough to be invited to the DAC for their member/guest men's club holiday party. I've had the pleasure of playing at the DAC since the 70's (I know a long time ago). Membership has managed to keep the ambiance of an old school athletic club as opposed to the cookie cutter versions found most anywhere.else.
