It has truly been my home away from home for the last 30 years! Honestly, I could never have survived parenthood without having had the club for my kids and for me. And I couldn't possibly be as healthy otherwise or have made all the dear friends I have now whom I met as my fellow exercisers and our teachers. I owe a great deal to this great place and can't wait to go back... :)
This is a great place to workout and grab a bite to eat. I like to take my kids here for bowling and the pool. I also really enjoy the online booking for a Racquetball court.
