I'm just here to echo what everyone else previously said. Predatory business practices -- the fact that they send your invoice with a receipt of acceptance from Fedex is really all you need to know. They are doing this on purpose as a way to extract money from us as small businesses. Luckily I heard about this tactic on social media and had my DA keep the product or, as the representative said to me "don't throw it away because then we can assume you used it." Beware of this company! They are scammers. They send bogus products that have never been solicited or ordered by the practice. They want to trick you into believing they are free samples and then charge you for them. It is a hassle to return a product that was never ordered. They wasted our practice time and resources trying to figure out what is going on. Ain't nobody has time for this!!!!!
We did not order any product from this company. They billed us for nothing. This is a scam.
Unethical and Misleading Practices As a dental office, we received unsolicited samples from this company without any prior contact, consent, or knowledge of who they were. The package included only product details, no terms, pricing, or written agreement explaining any obligations. We always get real free samples from other companies , so we thought this was something similar.
