This company sent us a product sample that we did NOT request, did NOT use, and yet somehow we ended up with a bill for it. When we contacted customer service to dispute the charge, we were met with unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright rude behavior. The entire interaction felt like a scam — and frankly, it probably was. It’s no surprise this company has a 1.5-star rating on Google. The way they operate is deeply concerning. I wish I could give 0 stars. This is fraud/scam at its worst. As a small startup dental office trying to get away with this is robbery. I didn't order their crappy flowable composite - fortunate for me I haven't opened it - just got their "invoice" and now need to do the garbage of calling and returning. Seriously Dentta Co - you should be ashamed. Find a better way to make money. That actually helps the world. I have a family and a struggling business to get off the ground. I received an invoice from Dentta Co., Inc. for $181.99. Unsure of the charge, I contacted the company for clarification. They informed me that the invoice was for an unsolicited "sample" item sent to our dental office via FedEx. We did not request this item, and the representative confirmed it was sent for us to "try."
