10/10! I would highly recommend this lab to any practice. We’ve been working directly with Nicholas, who ensures our office is always supported and that our cases arrive accurately and on time. Their delivery driver, Victor, is also extremely polite and helpful. We are very grateful for the whole team—thanks so much!

I am giving Victor, our delivery man these 5 stars, not the lab. He has been outstanding in his efforts to correct the mistakes the lab has made with our deliveries. He is always pleasant and more than helpful to eliminate any issues with our deliveries. We probably would have quit the lab due to delivery issues and non communication from the lab. Victor has eliminated all of this issues by giving us direct communication with him to confirm pick ups and deliveries now. Thank you Victor for making our lives easier!!!

Special thanks to Ana. The work was beautiful and case was handled with extreme care from start to finish. The results of our highly cosmetic crowns were absolutely perfect.
