Talented, explained procedures to ALL nrevous age groups ( yep, I'm one) kind staff, knowledgeable, caring, funny, serious, and most of all REASSURING!!! Patients of initially of Dr Reynolds, then eventually Dr Duz'. This Dental office has been very invested in the Rochester community. I've been here since 1974 & when my kids came along, we chose to stay with Dentist on Main. My kids are in their 40's now & our next generation is now happy clients of D on Main. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. The dentist was friendly enough. They weren't overly nice but I felt comfortable there. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
