I have been to Refresh Dental in Rochester Hills for my dental care since several years. The dentists and the hygienists there are all skilled and professional, and the whole staff is very friendly, their customer care is really great. I would recommend this place to anybidy living in my area.
NOT GREAT! The dental hygienists here are the BEST part of the office - very thorough and professional - although, wish they were slotted more time for cleanings. They do the best in within the time limits they are given, which are probably based upon Insurance Company payment for their time. The negatives are with the scheduling and front office crew. Many rescheduling and/or billing issues have occurred throughout the few years I have been going there. Their third-party scheduling company is NOT good. Always recommend call... read more
