Because I’d seen their signage in the same corner plaza as my gym, and had a crown fall out over the weekend, I walked in and asked the smiling receptionists Shayna & Monica (who should be commended for their charm, efficiency, and senses of humor) who gave me the next available appointment the next morning. Shayna suggested I take advantage of their introductory offer: $59 for complete consultation, X-rays, and cleaning. INSURANCE FRAUD!!!!! RUN from these people like the plague!!!!! Extremely dishonest. They billed my insurance company for $900. I ONLY went in for a consultation to get two implants. They charged my insurance for 10 x-rays. I only have two teeth!!! They also billed the insurance $404 for a CT scan that was NEVER DONE! I called and asked for a copy of this phantom CT scan, (knowing they would not have one) and they said they couldn't find it, but that I should come in right away and have it done again. I’ve always had an irrational fear of going to the dentist, so finding the right dental office has never been easy. My experience with the team at Dentists of Studio City was genuinely different. Dr. Liu was exceptionally thorough, calm, and gentle, taking the time to explain each step and making sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. So glad I came to this dentist office! The staff and front desk are very friendly and professional! I worked with Nicole and Dr. Liu and I can say they are great at their job and making you feel comfortable! My teeth look and feel 10x better!
