For years I have visited my dentist in California no matter where I lived or traveled because of the trust and professionalism of the dentist. However, this is one that is most deserving of one! worst dental experience ever with Dr. Jaewoong Jang. At the first appointment I was asked to give myself a good 2 hours or more because usually the first appointment requires a deep cleaning procedure. This should have been a red flag for me. They already decided that I needed a deep clean before they even saw my teeth. I refused the deep cleaning, so they offered wisdom teeth removal. I have DeltaDental USA savings plan. They have negotiated prices for services. They upcharge with codes not in the plan. A deep clean that I was charged 2 years ago was $240. Today they Said it was now $620. They added up charges that seem unreasonable and are not in the plan. I feel robbed when I go there.
Dr. Angela Masters at Burleson Modern Dentistry is incredibly warm, sweet, and truly knows her stuff. From her exceptional dental skills to her compassionate care, she makes you feel right at home.
Dr. Leela Tipirneni at Heritage Modern Dentistry is an unapologetic, unprofessional, impatient, unethical and rude provider. The clinic has tried to cover up Leela no matter how many patients have raised this concern. My son has visited Dr. Tipirneni five times since November 2023. The first four visits were routine checkups recommended by the dentist. Avoid Tummala, who does not care about her patients at all. Every time we took our son to her for regular dental checkups, she always spent only one second looking at our son's mouth and say Everything is normal. She never actually looked inside the boy's month to check his teeth. This morning we brought our boy in because he grew his permanent teeth inside his baby teeth. This woman, Tummala, just told us to either pull out the baby teeth or do nothing, without explaining to us what the benefits/risks of either option. She... read more
Tried scamming my wife and lying to us about required filings. Then illegally asked us to provide medical documentation in order to reschedule the appointment. Will be filing a BBB and Attorney general complaint, as well as a fraud charge for refusing to refund us the deposit. We have been customers for years. They only care about money now, awful dentist.
Absolutely the worst office to get Dental care. They misinform and use scare tactics to get patients to do procedure that are not needed in order to bill. Unethical and borderline illegal. Sent patient to get a 200.00 out of pocket test because they had detected a bacterial infection and antibiotics were needed. Guess what? test came back and magically NO BACTERIA or antibiotics required.
