Outrageous! I went in for x-rays, exam, treatment plan. They billed my insurance $1400 and MY part I owe is $864! They didn't do any work! I have 3 cavities but they won't allow me to do fillings. They want root canals and crows. Prices are very very high. Outrageous cost. My plan pays a maximum of 1500 per year. They took my benefits. Now I can't get any work done and I'm in pain.
