Had quite a few teeth worked on by Dr. LaGuardia about 3-4 years ago. During these visits the doctor and the front desk staff were all friendly and seemed caring. Which is why it makes so difficult for me to leave this review. I have recently discovered that most of the fillings Dr. LaGuardia did had small gaps between the fillings and my teeth. I had my first appointment today and I loved it here. I was really anxious and everyone made me feel comfortable and was kind to me . My teeth are so clean I am so happy. I see others commenting about dog hair everywhere. There is not. It is clean in here I came into this office wearing all black and there was no dog hair on me when I left. The pup was also quiet and cute As for the doctor, I didn't find him rude at all. He's a pragmatist, and I think people don't like that for some reason.

Terrible experience with this office and their severe incompetence. I called to schedule an appointment before the new year around December 12th. The woman actually sounded very friendly and she said she would return my call after verifying my insurance. (I checked my providers through the insurance website) After about two weeks without hearing back, I called them and she scheduled my appointment. Will not be coming back here. The dr has no bedside manner, monotone voice does not care for his patient. He didn’t even wait five whole minutes for my novacane to kick in then started doing my filling the whole filling took less than 10 min idk if that’s normal or not. I told him i still felt sensation in my lip and it wasn’t numb yet he still decided to start, then I had pain. Then only after I told him I was in pain he decided to give me more numbing and he didn’t even wait a whole 10 min for it to kick in 🤦‍♀️ last time... read more

Anne, the receptionist, is extremely rude. She should be trained on how to speak to patients. It's not what you say but how you say it and her delivery is terrible. She offered no apology for her negligence and talked over me until I pointed out that a simple apology from the start would have changed the whole tone of the conversation. She's one of those wrong and strong type of people that hurts to admit when they mess up and instead tries to make excuses.
