Thank you all so much for getting me in so quickly I really enjoyed meeting the staff and getting a dental and payment plan that is better than I've seen anywhere else before! We have a 9months old in the nicu and life is just hard sometimes and they were so understanding and thoughtful! Extremely nice staff! Hopefully this week flys by on antibiotics and we can get this tooth taken care of the rest of the way!
I made an appointment for cleaning and check up about six months ago. And I received a letter for the reminder few weeks ago and also received a text to confirm my appointment few days ago. But I got a phone call today (two days before my appointment) and was told to reschedule it. Their stupid stuff does not know how to make appointments and did not even apologize this happen! Also, every time I get a filling, it falls out. Their dentist may not be good.
I have always loved the dentist till I was kicked out of the Peds dentist, I went to a local dentist who TERRIFIED me with just a cleaning. I was so nervous about coming to try a new dentist but I had my second visit yesterday where they completed 4 fillings and I left without a single tear or in pain. I an so thankful I was referred over to his office because I no longer fear the dentist anymore and I can finally get the work done on my teeth that needs to be done. This office is AWESOME! I have horrible anxiety going to the dentist, but Whitney was amazing! She was comforting, gentle and kind. She knew exactly how to calm my nerves. She worked and talked and before I knew it, she was done and my teeth looked great! After my appointment, Morgan was wonderful helping me understand exactly what I needed to get my dental needs met.
