Had an amazing cleaning with Mercini on March 4, 2025! I didn't realize that most of the staff changed but I was pleasantly surprised. Greeted by Piya at the front with a smile and had the BEST cleaning in more than 5 years with Mercini that day! Very happy with the service I received and the changes made inside the clinic. I had a fantastic experience at Dentistry on Ellesmere! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Kunjan Thakkar was amazing—really patient, took the time to explain everything, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I usually get a little anxious about dental visits, but this was the easiest, most stress-free experience I’ve had. If you’re looking for a great dentist who actually cares, I highly recommend this place!
Ever since the kind old dentist retired the dentistry is going down hill, front disk is unprofessional, feed you with wrong information, forces you to wait almost half an hour even WITH appointment tries to book more session for repeated charges, while begging for good reviews. Seems they are phasing out old dentists for the past year or so.
