⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dentistry On Ellesmere has been wonderful. The entire staff showed so much care and understanding around my dental anxieties and accommodated my needs quickly and without any issues. Everyone is friendly, kind, and very personable, and you can really feel how proactive and attentive they are. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend.
I visited Dentistry On Ellesmere a while ago and this post is very over due. I had a wonderful experience from the get go when I needed a root canal and my insurance wasn't quite up to par. The super customer focused Pia and Maryem were amazing at providing options so I could atleast begin the process and be relieved of the pain I was in. Doesn’t call back Cancelled my sons surgery with no notice Since the new staff has been hired this clinic has declined Front desk doesn’t know how to do their job.
Just done with my appointment and can say hands on best experience. Beginning from a warm welcome at reception by Piya and Mannat to getting my fillng done by the Doctor Thakkar. Zero pain & seamless. Whole experience was wonderful. Never before someone at reception took their time to explain more about Insurance coverage and benefits. Thank you guys. I had a very pleasant visit to this clinic. Dr. Thakkar is very professional, fast and knowledgeable. The staff there are also very friendly and welcoming.
