This practice is known for their patient care, and my review will challenge the truth of that. My partner and I are both transgender and we quickly noticed how the staff were uncomfortable and sometimes outright against using our correct pronouns, especially Dawn, the dental hygienist. Dawn repeatedly misgendered me and my partner. Upon correcting her, she would deny that she even misgendered us in the first place. We addressed this issue with Dr. Jung via email. Dr Jung is the best. I have a long and complicated dental history, and Dr Jung took the time to educate himself about my medical history and also about what I want and how I want to be treated. He explains his approach in a clear and straightforward manner so that he can ensure that every new patient is a good fit for what he offers. I recently moved and had to find a new dentist. I love my old dentist. She was professional, had a great bedside manner and her work was superb. Imagine my surprise to find a young new dentist, Dr. Jung, who’s not only equally capable, but who also is exceedingly thorough from screening to options to execution.
