This office sent my bill to collections because I refused to pay it due to their negligence. They charged me for sealants for my 15 year old daughter when, if they had called to check my insurance coverage they would have known that my insurance only covers sealants for children up to age 13. I signed a form that said that the insurance should pay for 100% when, in fact, they paid for $0! Instead of doing the right thing, they lost a family of 6 patients!

I went there to have a couple of wisdom teeth extracted and they were excellent. I wish I could remember the lady’s name who got me ready for the procedure she was excellent. Dr. Crossly was quick and efficient and the entire process took less than an hour. Plus they originally told me that my payment was going to be close to $400 (insurance covered the rest) but I only ended up paying less than $200. Now this review may change if they try to bill me another amount later!!!

The dentists are professional and very good at what they do but you can't trust the office people to know what they are doing when it comes to billing. I was told my insurance completely covered my regular cleaning and was then charged $272.20. They claimed there was an incorrect entry their computer. They admitted it was THEIR mistake and I received an apology and a bill. This was, in my opinion a very unprofessional way to handle their mistake. I not be going back.

I wasn't the patient, my husband was the one in need! From the phone calls to the reception, I was impressed with the kind, courteous service. My husband loved the staff and the care he received for his tooth removal. Thank you all!
