Unfortunately this dentist office only sees patients as a number. A patient’s time is not important to them. I’ve been told on numerous occasions that I needed to be rescheduled for services for one reason or another. Like most, I am not able to just take time off whenever. I have to schedule my appointments months in advance because they are always overbooked. Then I get to the dentist’s office and I’m told I need to reschedule because of “x, y, z”. The dentists and the office administration are great. The office manager ,Sondra Edwards , leaves a lot to be desired. I had a procedure done in November and paid my portion of the procedure up front.My insurance denied just under $400 of their portion until they get proper x-rays. I got bills and called every month to address it because I didn't want to go to collections for my insurance needing proper documentation. Outstanding service! Everyone from the sign in desk to the sign out desk provide highly professional and courteous service.
I paid nearly 6000.00 for a set of acrylic dentures. The original dentist quit in the middle of making them. Dr. Koch finished making them, and I made approximately 8 or 9 trips for them to keep refining the fit. They have now broken THREE times simply while cleaning them. They charged me 245.00 the last time for repairing what is obviously a substandard pair of dentures. The have sent me to COLLECTIONS Because I haven’t paid for the latest repair that has broke AGAIN in the exact same spot. WOULD YOU PAY?
My appointment was 3pm. Havent been seen yet and its 6:30pm.
