They were great with my son. He had never been to the dentist before and I couldn't believe how much fun he had and how relaxed they made him feel. They put everything into terms he could understand and made sure he was calm and ok with things before they did them. It was just a check up both times, but he wasn't afraid to go and did a great job while he was there thanks to the staff!
The Staff and Dentists seem nice but do NOT USE ORTHO REED who's thier main orthodontis for kids. My son has braces from them and it's been NOTHING BUT TROUBLE every time we go, we end up having to make another appt. because someting came off or is sticking him in is mouth etc. Then the Orto. tries to blame the kid..(eating wrong things etc). I had braces my self for SEVEN YEARS and I can count on one hand how many times (if EVER) I had to go get hardware replaced or braces cemented back on. Workmenship is POOR, she's a priv... read more
