Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

my son is autistic and have been going to them for about a year they are very nice and understanding of him. i wouldnt go anywhere else to have him looked after. they are very ontop of things and enjoy working with all children

No, they didn't bleed excessively Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly

Extremely Friendly Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

I highly recommend Dr. Sims he has cared for my children's teeth for going on 4 years and I would not go to any other dentist. His specialty is children and he is amazing. There is also a great staff, clean office, and top notch care. If you are searching for a dentist for your children, definitely visit Dr. Sims.

Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
