Dr. Sims always made sure that my son wasn't in any pain. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. Dr. Sims is amazing in that he knows how to deal with children. My little boy is autistic and Dr. Sims was incredible at knowing how to deal with the situation. He is by far one of the best I've ever seen in his field when it comes to dealing with children, especially special needs children. Will not be back! Dirty, rude staff especially girl with very short dark hair and Dr. Sims is creepy!
Not happy with the bedside manner of the dentist. The staff was friendly and great but the dentist was a different story. The office looked messy and unclean. After having been to a dental provider that was top notch for my older children, this office visit was a disappointment. Unfortunately, our old provider does not accept our insurance, however, I would rather pay cash to the old provider than take my child back to this office.
