This office is amazing, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your child is taken care of. My son loves it there. Libby is amazing at the front desk. Very professional and can answer any questions you may have. She is upbeat, friendly and always takes the time to help you understand what treatment needs to be done and works great with my schedule and getting my son in for treatment or cleanings. It's a wonderful kid's dentist with lots of sea creatures and friendly people. My son (4 years old) is very excited to go to this dentist. Dr. Pamela and Vanessa always remember how he was previous times and make sure he is confortable every time. Very personal care!
Both of our children are patients here. The staff is always very friendly, especially Vanessa! They're great with kids and the office is definitely catered to kids. They even have a door for the kids to walk through, that's just their size. A beautiful fish tank and cute decor throughout the entire office! I'd highly reccomend Under The Sea dentistry if you're looking for a happy and fun environment for your child.
This review is a long time coming, I've been taking my 3 year old here for almost a year now and we LOVE it. Nelly does such a great job at cleaning my sons teeth which get heavily stained, she's very laid back and puts both of us at ease. Dr. Pam is always very kind and non judgmental, something I experienced when we had gone to Gentle Dental at the Vancouver Mall. We just took our 13 month old here for her first ever check up and they were wonderful! My daughter didn't cry at all. The office is beautiful and has so much for every child to look at and make them smile. Vanessa was amazing with my daughter! I highly recommend them for anyone who wants exceptional care for their little ones.
I took my 2 year old daughter in for her first dental visit. She loved the office and the "nice ladies". Miss Nelly and Dr. Pam made her laugh and she cooperated for a full cleaning. The office is designed for children, my daughter loved it. I was very impressed with the way they explained what they were doing and made it age appropriate. I highly recommend them.
My daughter has had the best experience at Under the Sea. Doctor Butler is such a wonderful dentist! She is so kind and patient, a true professional. Her staff are equally wonderful. Vanessa is so awesome with my girl, I am so grateful for her gentle manner, she has really made our visits pleasant. Dr. Butler and her staff are beyond great. I take all three of my children there. One of my children is a 13yr low functioning autistic and they gladly take him in for a cleaning. They allow for a longer time to take care of him. Vanessa is usually the one who does my son's cleaning. She is very patient and calm with him. She has a way to help him get through his hour long visit and allows him to be his curious self but still is able to get the cleaning done.
