DO NOT USE FOR FOSTER KIDS. Very rude. Our first cleaning went smoothly, dentist was great. When it came time for a cavity to be fixed we were treated horribly. We were scheduled, insurance checked out, then when we arrived we were treated like our foster child was unworthy of there services. Said they would not work on our kiddo without authorization. My daughter's recent visit to Dr. Butler's office was great, a big step up from her previous dentist at Adventure Dental. The facility is nicely decorated for the kids and the staff is professional. What I appreciated most is that the advice that was provided was well thought out and practical, rather than trying to drum up business with needless procedures and treatments.
Dr. Butler is great and so are the staff! My boys love going to the dentist. My 6 year old had a cavity filled last summer and Dr. Butler made sure he was very comfortable. He had a great experience and did not complain once.
Great experience with this children's dentist. �The hygienists are all very well-trained and make the experience a lot less scary for little ones. �Dr. Pamela is very knowledgeable and has a great 'chairside manner' - my child feels very comfortable with her after only two visits and checkups are nowhere near the nightmare I'd expected them to be. �The front desk folks are friendly and outgoing. �We love it here!
My children have been patients of UTS Dentistry for the past 16 years. My daughter cried when she was too old to come here anymore. Everything in the office is geared towards making your child feel welcome and have fun. You will feel like you are stepping into Nemo's world and your child will smile at all the fun things to see. I highly recommend the staff as they are caring and conscientious towards making sure your child will not fear having their teeth cared for.
Tara is great, friendly, encouraging and loves kids! The whole staff is really helpful and pleasant! My daughter loves going there and always wants to get her teeth done by herself to feel like a Big Girl. These people really care about kids and do a great job�so lucky to have found them!
Dr. Pam and her staff are wonderful! They are always patient, nurturing, friendly, professional, and fun! My two boys (2 & 7) receive great care. Nelly stays calm and collected despite my two year old screaming during the entire visit. Vanessa has great rapport with my 7 year old, is patient and conscientious, and follows up to make sure we are all set before the next visit - both boys have dental goody bags, next appointments are scheduled, and both boys get tokens as a reward for being good during their visits. We see Dr. Pam and Nelly and my kids love it! They love the kid door, wall murals, fish tank and getting gold coins for treats after their check up. Very visually interesting office--not like when I was young! Thorough cleanings and checkups. Always feel good about my kids teeth when we leave.
Today (2/26/2014) My daughter had her very first visit ever. My daughter is 17 months, and they were extremely gentle with her. Vanessa was amazing. Not only was she worried about my daughter, but she was worried about how I was feeling. She was checking in to see if everything was okay with me and if I was handling the fact that my daughter was being very fussy. Also, Dr. Pam was great as well!
