My three year old son had an early appointment today and getting a toddler to cooperate with anything is hard enough, let alone waking him up to go straight to an appointment, so we were about 10 minutes late. The lady at the front desk says we'll have to reschedule or wait and see if the next person doesn't show up. They could've at least let him sit in the dentist chair, even just looked in his mouth, gave him a toothbrush, anything other than turning him away. We do allow for these schedule issues and do try and be considerate of all of our patients scheduled appointments. We are always conscientious that everyone’s time is very important.
