Dr. Pyke DDS - Dentistry is the **BEST**!
I took both my girls to Dr. Pyke's office in Pottstown last month. Dr. Pyke is truly gifted with kids - he sang my 11 year old Jonas Brothers songs, and even entertained my two year old. I had warned them that she was a bit of a handful and they said it was no big deal. Dr. Pyke made her giggle and she let him do everything he needed to get done! He was GREAT! Treatment wonderful, staff and financial awful
Dr. Pyke is wonderful. He treats my special needs child and my daughter who is terrified of dentists. His financial staff is horrific. They are never helpful, and have been extremely arrogrant. We have been with them for 5 years, and got behind on one bill (lost it/forgot). They not refuse to treat my children without full payment in cash up front, and will not submit insurance claims. Ok for some
Dr. Pyke's antics work well with some, but not all. We started going to him several years ago because my kids did not like the pediatric dentist in Boyertown. For a few years, my kids were amused by him, but by the time my son reached 12, he really hated the silliness. Dr. Pyke needs to alter his behavior for the different aged kids. Great Dentist's and great staff.
Dentists and staff who actually worked with kids were great. Front desk and billing were horribly rude. Will never go back.
