hi y'all- i've had a couple appointments and normally LOVE it here. friendly staff, clean, etc. please do not ever schedule me with shannon again. i have never had such a sloppy cleaning. (water all over my face, wiping my lips with a dirty wipe, etc) she also never let me rinse at the end and i had to spit all that grit in the sink.
I love this place! Clean office, pleasant and knowledgeable staff, PROFESSIONAL BLACK FEMALE DENTIST! They pay attention to you, ask questions, and explain your procedure in detail. I found my new dental home!
I was refered to this office by a family member who really highly recommended Dr. Amos for her professionalism and also her ability to connect with patients of all ages. This family member has children under the age of 10 that also assured me that I would love their dentist Dr. Amos so I thought that I would give her a try. I have had some horrible experiences with dental visits prior to me visiting Dental Design. I was a first time customer at Design Dental. My experience at Dental Design was very relaxing and pleasurable. I will return as a permanent customer. Also, I have recommended that my husband change his dental provider to Design Dental.
The staff is wonderful! Felt like I've been knowing them which makes the experience great..
the front desk person need to be more pleasant towards the patients and keep the attitude at home do not have a patient standing at the window while she take care of personal issues . . . . . be pleasant all this is my observation
Office staff very friendly and helpful. Hygienist did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Amos was very down to earth, informative and helpful.
