I had a very good visit with the Dentistry by Design staff and dentist. They put me at ease and made my experience as stress free as possible.
Very nice and neat facility. The tools used were also clean and free of germs.
I thought the dentist was knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. The building, inside and outside, was clean, modern and neat. However, the walls were just 'bare' --- most dentists now have either a small TV for patients to watch while they are waiting or pretty, calm murals or beach scenes, woodsy areas, etc. Sitting in a chair for a long time without anything to look at but bare, plain walls is 'painful' in itself. Overall, the service I have received from this office has been quite good and punctual. I have been a patient for approx. 1 year. Dr. Amos is always courteous and sincere in providing quality dental care. However, some members of her staff, namely Shanna, have been appallingly rude and condescending. My experience was spoiled by a discourteous staff member while trying to verify my insurance information causing me to discontinue future services with this office.
