So far my experience with this office and Dentist have been positive. I moved here five months ago and I have seen them twice. I feel like they're very thorough and explain everything before they do it. At my old dentist I had a few cavities filled and something didn't feel right I went back and they said everything was fine. Well when I went to dentistry by design and they did the first X-rays they noticed my fillings had cracks in them I was so relieved hearing this. I appreciate the welcoming attitude of the staff. If is coupled with honesty and aptitude. I went in for a root canal. Dr. Gilsdorf stopped the procedure with a better suggested course of action.
Another successful appointment today. Great staff and services by everyone. Dr Griffin is the be sd t dentist I have ever gone to.
I have had the best experiences with everyone in the office! I have always had a fear going into a dentists office, but here, I always feel comfortable! Every single person has been very nice, welcoming, and helpful! Dr. Gilsdorf is amazing! I will never go to another dentist!
I cannot say enough great things about Dentistry By Design! From the moment I walked in the door everyone was friendly and helpful. I'm terrified of the dentist (even getting a cleaning), but they make my visits very comfortable. My favorite part is the heated neck pillow and warm, scented towels! I highly recommend this office - you will not be disappointed.
I recently started going to Dr. Gilsdorf for my Invisalign treatment. The treatment is very affordable compared to other offices! He makes sure to keep me well informed on my options and what is going on with my treatment. The staff always remembers your name and knows who you are when you walk in the door. They are all super friendly! If you are lucky enough to get Michael as your hygienist you will be laughing through your whole appointment.
I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dentist office. The staff was so welcoming and genuinely concerned about my well-being and they did everything they could to ease my mind and nerves. It felt like a family there and you can tell the whole office has great morale and they love what they do. Not to mention my cleaning and check up was excellent. Thank you Dentistry by Design!
I have had a great experience with Dentistry by Design. I have had appointments for myself and my children. The staff is very friendly and professional. I really feel like they care for their patients. They give opinions on treatments but I have never felt pressured to have something done. My children feel right at home and I feel at ease in the clinic. They accept Tricare Dental and are upfront about pricing and insurance, which was a major selling point for me.
