I have been a patient for years and always have had excellent service. This week though they got me in even during our crazy times to deal with tooth pain. Did a root canal and temp crown right away. Was so impressed with the response and service provided.
The office people are friendly and helpful. However, the dentist was somewhat heavy-handed and the Dental Hygienist used her tools in my mouth very aggressively! It hurt my tongue and other areas. Other Dental Hygienists have worked on me with a much more tolerable touch.
Everyone at Dentistry by Design is competent, professional and friendly. My dental hygienist, Lyudmila, is always great, does a great job, and super nice to me when I visit. I have been a patient for over a decade and recommend the clinic to family and friends. Thanks, everyone!

Dr. Rizvi is very likeable and proficient. He knows his stuff and takes good care of his patients. Also, the staff is very helpful and courteous.
Dr. Rizvi and Staff are very friendly, professional and skilled at what they do. I appreciate never feeling rushed and Dr. Rizvi always takes time to answer questions. His staff is great, too!
Oral exam by Dr. was abbreviated - since when do you NOT check for lesions under the tongue?
Amy is the best i've ever had work on my teeth. She is professional and personable, a true delight.
I love Amy! She does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, keeping any discomfort to a minimum. Everyone else is very nice and friendly too.
