The dentist works very quickly and efficiently, the equipment looks modern, and the front desk staff speak multiple languages, mandarin, Cantonese, and English. However, they tend to call quite frequently to confirm appointments, sometimes three or four calls for a single appointment, which can be a bit annoying.
I’ve been coming almost weekly since August for wisdom tooth extraction, three fillings and two root canal re-treatments. I’ve had such a lovely experience here. My dentist is incredibly skilled and gentle. The front desk team is wonderful! They speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and never forget to send my appointment reminders. I have another wisdom tooth extraction coming up in November, and I’m hoping it goes smoothly.
Excellent service and friendly reception very helpful 👍
I came in for an emergency filling fix and they helped me out. The experience was very calm and enjoyable, I didn’t feel any pain as I would with other dentists. Great experience considering the circumstances 💯 ☺
