AZ family Dental is the best! The staff is so friendly and puts you at ease through any dental procedure. Dr. Parker is one of the most thourough and caring dentists I have ever gone to.
I am a big chicken and was nervous as could be when I knew I needed a root canal. Dr. Parker is a perfectionist and truly doesn't want his patients to feel pain or have any discomfort. While there was a slight pinch with the shot, the root canal was totally painless. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I felt at eases from the time I walked into the office to the time I left. Two thumbs up.
The dental assistant ( Maggie ) who is in charge of my care, is totally awesome! She makes sure I'm comfortable every five minutes ( it seems like lol). Dr. Parker is just as awesome. He let's me know what is going on at every step of every procedure. I have to acknowledge Marcy and Peggy in the front office. They treat me like family!
We have been patients of AZ Family Dental for over 20 years. Since our very first visit we have always been brought in at or before our appointment time. The dental services we have received are just as kind and respectful. A well-run stable office is reassuring as they have all of our dental records and can make educated suggestions.
