I had moved to the area and needed a new dentist. Went here for my first cleaning and xrays. Was shocked to hear that I had cavities on my wisdom teeth and it was recommended to have them removed. I have gone to other dentists since then 4 times and none have noted the supposed cavities let alone say I needed my wisdom teeth removed. Will never be back. Felt completely uneasy about my experience and the recommendations at this place.

I strongly advise potential patients to be cautious about this practice's billing department. I paid in full at the front desk during my visit and was explicitly told I would receive a refund after my insurance was processed. That was over a month ago. Since then, I have received no communication and no money back. It is completely unprofessional to hold a patient's money while failing to complete the necessary administrative work in a timely manner. They did a deep cleaning on my teeth. But I did not like it there. Like. At all. As I was in the waiting room...70s vibes with Christmas decorations up in February...I overheard the employees behind the desk discussing their patients' responses to what they are told they will need to pay for their upcoming procedures. I have never been to the dentist where the procedures didn't cause me agonizing pain until I found Emmanuel at Putnam Bright Smile. Highly recommend this place. The billing woman (I think her name is Carren) and the entire receptionist staff are all amazing! Keep up the great work and thank you!!!!!

Putnam smilies and all the staff were extremely professional making sure I was comfortable throughout the routine cleaning. I was given extra tools to be at ease. The gentleman cleaning my teeth was very diligent, responsive and friendly. Additionally, the team was proactive in providing a detailed plan on how to move forward with a brighter, happier, healthier smile! Thank you so much for today!
