Christina, Stephanie , Nina, Melissa were all very patient compassionate and caring in dealing with my anxiety over getting care and this goes a lot way. Also the office was very clear in explaining the bill and how insurance covered certain procedures . Highly recommend this place especially for those who have fear or anxiety over visiting dentist and getting checked and more complex procedures.

I had my first visit and start to finish it was a great experience! Kristina took my call to set up the appointment. She was so kind and very helpful! The dental hygienist was thorough, informative, and very friendly! I felt very comfortable with Dr. Gianna DeMase and already made my next appointment with her!

I called because I was experiencing severe pain and was told that my situation was considered an emergency and that they would be able to see me. Based on that information, I paid for child care and rushed there while in significant pain. After arriving, I was made to wait approximately an hour and a half. I was then given another X-ray, even though I had already had one done earlier that same day. I had the worst experience with this office. I called during an emergency because my root canal needed to be retreated due to a reinfection. I had already seen a dentist at another location who confirmed the infection, but unfortunately, they did not perform root canal treatments. When I called this office, I clearly explained my situation and was told they would see me as an emergency to address the issue. I was in severe pain, so I was extremely grateful.
