Extremely unpleasant experience. I was about 10-15 min early for my appointment. Still had to wait almost an hour for an appointment I had to wait a month for. I feel a dental office out of all places should take sanitary safety precautions and there was no sleeve over the chair or instruments used in my mouth. The older female dentist was really rough with me when I physically responded to her stretching out my face and she dug her nails in my face. I've been coming to Dr. Labrada for several years now, and I couldn't ask for a better dentist. She is incredibly caring, gentle, and always makes me feel at ease during every visit. My wife also comes here, and we both truly appreciate the consistent care and professionalism. The office is spotless, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Dr. Labrada to anyone looking for a great dental experience! 😀
