I retract my statement on an earlier post regarding a forged signature. There was a miscommunication and this issue was resolved.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff . Wait time was not bad. The office was very clean and the front desk staff explained my bill ! I would defenitly come again!
They are all that is wrong in this country. I can't believe how much they get away with. Medicare/ medicaid needs to do an investigation. I don't have insurance and they told Mr I needed almost 1000 dollars worth of work. My second opinion said I didn't need any. They also sent me a bill for 300 dollars later after I paid in full in office. I want to shut this place down. If they take advantage of no insurance like that... Imagine what they do with medicare and medicaid... Scam
DentalSmart double-billed my family for dental work and despite us having proof that the insurance company covered it, they sent it to collections anyway. Now we have to deal with that - which is a nightmare. DentalSmart has deleted multiple comments from different people on their main Facebook page who have had the same experience. Either this is an error in billing due to bad employees, or it's an intentional scam just waiting to be found out. Unless it is your last possible option, don't set foot in this place.
The front end staff are very friendly and they are always so welcoming and they make me feel comfortable. All of the doctors and their assistants are awesome. I can tell that they love what they do. I recommend dental smart to all my family and friends. My cousin and mother in law are patients as well. I will be able to show my teeth when I smile, i can't wait!!! Thank you everyone from Dental Smart!!!!
