I was very impressed with the staff at my first visit. I am convinced that I made the right decision to change dentists. They have since shut down this office. Claiming to be reopened soon. I am still waiting!😟

I'm one of those people that are absolutely terrified of the dentist. There's no rationalizing it. It just happens. Panic attacks, tears, anxiety. All of it. But the staff at Dental Smart are awesome. It's the first time I have ever had a procedure done without any sedation at all. And it was an extraction. Dr. Alessi is awesome. I've found my dentist for life.
If I could give lower than a one star I would. Terrible, horrible experience. The hygienists were nice and wonderful but the dentist was unpardonable, didn't directly speak to me, etc. I struggle with dental anxiety and when I began to get upset and cry, he just walked away and the hygienists stepped in. Returned for a root canal, and made an appointment for a crown that they canceled because they did not have the equipment. 6 months later I get a second opinion about my crown and they said that I did NOT receive a root cana... read more
I had two scheduled cleaning appointments that were cancelled when I showed up at the office. When I finally saw the hygienist, she spend all of maybe 15 min. on my teeth! I worked in the dental field for 20 yrs so I know what a thorough cleaning is and that wasn't anything close. I had to show the dentist and hygienist the tooth that broke.
