I feel as though I got ******* by this company. The dentist I went too never heard of them , and I tried to cancel and was greeted with rude customer service. When you try to cancel they give you a big speech to try to cancel. I got a refund , but I felt like I got ******* out of the "20 dollar processing fee". I feel as though I regret ever going to them.

I want to give them NO STARS. Over a year ago i did not have dental insurance and i bought a plan. Some time ago i received renewal info in the mail. I did not respond. I am going to work now with a dental plan from work. Dentalplans.com took the liberty of charging my credit card for another year without my permission. Do not deal with these people. I trued to call them. They talked OVER ME AND WOULD NOT LET ME TALK. After that i could not reach them by phone.

The worst customer service that I've gotten since I got rid of my cable TV package. They renewed my policy and took the money out of my account without my permission. I called the same day to complain about this, cancel my policy, and get my money back. The first agent I spoke with told me that he had cancelled my policy, and that the money would be back in my account within 2 weeks. It is a challenging, time consuming service to cancel. The word "Cancel" appears no where in their web site. I decide to try a customer service number. Once they learned I wanted to cancel, the first fellow placed me on hold for 12 minutes to contact an agent to do a cancellation. Once she answered she placed me on hold for 11 minutes "processing" my request. Now that is 20 minutes of mostly holding. I signed up for this plan because the oral surgeon doing my implant was listed by you. When it came to pay, they said they had never heard of a dental,plan that wasn't insurance. I called Cigna and asked to be released from this plan that I could not use and they refused. Now it has happened again with a dentist that Cigna claims is on their provider list. Cigna dental plans is a ****.

I was a member of DENTALPLANS.COM and during COVID we were in quarantine, correct? Well, I called and asked if there was any EXTENSION or incentive since we in CA were not able to go to the dentist and everything was closed. They said. Sorry, we do not do that. California will not allow us to discount or add months. THIS IS A FULL ON ******* DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! On 3/25/21 I contacted dentalplans.com to enroll in a dental savings plan. I provided the name/address/telephone number of the dentist that I wanted to see. I was told by the representative that this dentist accepted the Aenta Vital Dental Savings Plan and that the rates for my visit would be $26.00 routine check up; $38.00 in-depth check up; $67.00 full mouth x-rays; $48.00 cleaning. Consumers BEWARE. This is a useless plan. No Dentist will ever give you any discount using this plan. It looks like they are legit and can be trusted but what a mistake. What's written on their website are not true. All Dentists near me that we chose and then called the clinics they do not really advise to use this plan. Take note they most dentists that are shown in their list do not recommend this plan, they will even tell you that there is no discount actually using their card.
