The front desk receptionist’s are very kind and welcoming. The assistants are very kind and gentle when helping patients. The specialist/Doc very professional, explains things very clearly and are also very kind and patient when handling procedures. Over all great experience for my first time visiting this location.
This is my second round getting a root canal I just have to praise these Dr and staff both time coming with the fear of the world and both time they made me feel like I was cared for they are very understanding towards some one who has a lot of dentist trauma they waited for me to be ready and I love that about coming here I kid you not the only pinch of pain you feel is the needle and even that they numb before they give it to you

AVOID GOING TO THIS OFFICE ! They consistently make errors in billing, insurance processing, and patient care. Receptionist doesn’t check emails.. For example, the insurance representative, M.K., charged me $412 instead of $400, then processed a refund and made it unnecessarily complicated, without any apology! The staff is unhelpful and unprofessional: the receptionist, Zuleikha, is consistently rude, and the manager, Shushana, does not resolve issues or properly verify insurance benefits. I’m honestly surprised by the negative reviews. This office is extremely organized and professional—especially the front desk. Ms. Naomi is such a kind young lady; she helped me with the forms and explained the treatment clearly. They even called me right away as soon as my insurance approved everything. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
