The girl at reception … her name is Roushana ….keeps making mistakes. She charged me a 30% copay for a consult thinking you’re out of network, instead of the correct 20%. Also gave wrong estimate for the treatment bc she keeps looking at the out of network benefit limit . She is crazy. My insurance even called her, and she still argued with them. :) She is absolutely not a good fit for that job and creates a terrible impression of the entire office. I don’t know why the negative reviews. The girls in the front desk were accommodating and very nice and professional. Dr. Choi explained things clearly to me and as he worked on the root canal he explained the steps he would take, which helped my anxiety. And when I felt some pain during the process he added more anesthesia to help proceed with the process. This office is also very clean and modern. I would come back here if I need another treatment.
RUDE and DISORGANIZED!!!! If I could leave a flat 0 I would, this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I was referred to by my dentist office to get a root canal back in June. I went for a consult with a specialist and she told me something completely different than getting a simple root canal.
