I've been trying for a year to get a appointment booked for the weekend or evenings with them and it's impossible! We finally got one for the weekend, just for them to ask us the day before if we can reschedule our time, I recieved no response after I responded so I messaged again an hour before my appointment, they didnt respond until 10 minutes before my appointment, now asking me to rebook for a different date and time. Being new to this dental clinic, I will keep coming back for any and all my required services. It truly begins with the warm, heart-felt & personable caring staff at reception. Very accommodating to answer your questions and concerns. You then know you have come to the right dental clinic! Now with my third visit here, the professionalism of the doctors, dental assistants and hygienist are outstanding. Truly all in all, Dental Works Airdrie are people, caring for people. Highly recommend!!!
