I went in with two crying kids, ages 2 and 1 and Dr. Patel and Emily were wonderful. They eased their fears and quickly and befriended the kids with their singing and friendly personalities. I'm so glad we found a good pediatric dentist on our first shot! I'm considering moving over to the practice myself.
Very satisfied with service rendered. I visit the facility every 6 months as part of a regular service routine and have always been very satisfied with their commitment to provide quality customer service. I would recommend to anyone seeking quality dental service.
Dr Cohen and his staff take the time to explain what's needed and the proper way to care for your teeth. I've been to dentist's offices where the dentist rushes in and out and you barely talk to them, but at Webster Dental, Dr Cohen does the dental cleaning himself and really takes time to explain your options for treatment.
I have going to Webster dental for years and have always had Dr .Cohen as my dentist. He has always taken care of all my dental issues and kept me informed on anything I need to keep an eye on. The whole staff is very friendly and good at there job.
I have been coming to this location for about 10 years! I love this practice so much that I had my mother come see Dr. Cohen when she needed dental work done! The staff is awesome!! To give them anything less than 5 stars would be criminal!
My wife & I have visited the Webster Dental (in Portage Park) on several occasions. Cleanings, repairs etc. Each visit is always friendly, professional and most of all relieving. I know most people feel very apprehensive when going to the dentist, but at Webster they always put you at ease. They explain everything and answer all your questions. I would be hard pressed to find any better.
I had a good experience at Webster Dental. The staff is nice and they were very thorough.
This place was great! Everyone was very nice and Dr. Cohen cleaned my teeth beautifully!
