We had an unusually long wait. I was beginning to get upset... Until one of the techs there came to us, apologized, and explained why we were waiting so long for the dentist to see us. And also, gave each of my kids gift cards. I wish I had gotten her name, but she has been there awhile and is always a pleasure. Good job!!
