I honestly have no words to describe the lack of interest Dr. Robert's showed in me as a patient. His staff is great, but his individual service is seriously lacking. There are many other several qualified dentists in the area who also have phenomenal bedside manner and etiquette. I will take my money elsewhere.
Found Dental Studio via a Facebook ad and said hmmmm...... You know, the old Arsenio Hall segment; THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO...HMMMM. I began communicating via online form and automated (so I thought) text messages. I got some swift replies and found out that I was directly communicating with a person and not a bot. Extremely disappointed in the way my husband and I have been treated over billing issues. After a zero balance, I was suddenly being charged for services done back in 2016, again, after having a zero balance. Due to their constant turnover in their billing department and mistakes they had made, I was unfairly charged and now my husband is getting my bills.
Amazing staff. Super clean facility very friendly. I enjoyed how detail oriented they are when describing treatments. You do not feel rushed or like they just want you out of there. Great experience will recommend to all my friends.
The staff here is amazing. They are always warm, welcoming and understanding of my needs. Both Doctors Sandhya and Robert are incredible and Renata is the best hygienist I have ever worked with. The work I have had done is High Quality and done with pleasure. I always recommend them to friends and family!
