Such professionalism from all the staff at Premier! I was seen on time with no wait at all. My Doctor, Doctor Robert Block was amazing. He explained everything perfectly and had taken time to actually learn about me and my concerns.He was upfront on what to expect with the procedure I was getting, and he was genuinely concerned about my concerns and answered all my questions. First time going to the dentist to get a tooth pulled. I was so nervous I felt like I was going to throw up. Dr Hanson and Kayla were absolutely amazing!! They both explained everything to me in detail, made sure I was comfortable and at ease! Kayla hummed a peaceful melody while Dr Hanson extracted my tooth and that made a world of difference! The staff is very knowledgeable and understanding. I have a very serious gag reflex and do not anything near or in my mouth that I can't control. They worked with me and had tried many different techniques to calm me down and took their time with me
I was assured by Miranda the dental work that was being done would not exceed their quote. Yet at the end it did cost me another $248.
Scheduled appointment, filled out paperwork, kept appointment. Advised I'm uninsured and would be self pay and provided that information. I arrived and was told about a "membership" option. I just wanted to pay and be done I did not want to sign up for any ongoing membership/relationship. Was told without membership, services would be over $500. What a rip off and complete waste of my time. My advice...shop around! I found the exact same services for a fraction of the cost Premier charges, and no contract membership!

We apologize you were not happy with your experience. The membership offer is for patients that do not have insurance. It starts at $375 if you need a regular dental cleaning and goes up depending if you have periodontal disease or not. The membership includes 2 dental cleanings in 12 months, 2 exams, 1 emergency exam, bwx and pa radiographs, panorex radiograph every 36 months. It gives you 15% off all your services.
