It always is a good experience going there but like everybody knows nobody likes to go but its ''the necessary evil''. You have some good people there.
The best dental care I have ever received. Dr. Cruz is an excellent professional with a great personality & go's the extra mile in the time spent with each patient. A trait I wish most MD's would return to. Office staff & dental tech's are also the best. I can hardly wait until my mouth is racked with pain so I can schedule another appointment.
Dr. Cruz, Dr. Polo, Lisa and rest of personnel are awesome
Dr. Cruz and his staff are kind, helpful and nonjudgmental. Dr. Cruz is gentle and gives a very good injection. Lisa is caring and compassionate. They work as a team to give you the best experience they can.
Excellent. I am very happy with the great and caring service that I receive each time I visit.
A wisdom tooth crown (by a former dentist) separated 3 times so I consulted Dr. Cruz on whether he should pull the tooth. He suggested building-up the mounting area to provide more adhesion. He did so and the new crown feels just fine. Only time will tell if it will detatch but the temporary crown remained intact for about a month before the permament replacement was made.
Needed a repair on an implant tooth that had broken off. Dr. Polo's team was able to repair the damage in their office while I waited with Excellent results. I would strongly recommend these folks to anyone.
Had an old filling removed and Dr. Cruz gave me a new tooth. No pain and the tooth is working great.
Every aspect of my visit was excellent.
