Started having a problem while in Winter Haven for a month and Dental Solutions was recommended. I was extremely well pleased. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I was impressed not only with Dr. Cruz’s ability but also his attitude/spriit as he carefully and patiently explained the problem and needed procedures. If I lived in Winter Haven Dr. Cruz would be my dentist.
Very friendly staff works in this very clean and professional establishment. Everyone is pleasant and ready to assist in every way.
I always have a great experience with Dr. Cruz. Love his assistant Lisa too. They are attentive, not rushed, and take time for details that I have had overlooked in other offices. I would recommend them to anyone. Office is always clean and front staff is great too.
Got great care the day after breaking a tooth that needed a crown. While illness kept me from seeking the crown earlier, it took biting some crusty bread while celebrating an anniversary to create a very broken tooth. Luckily, the staff and Melissa squeezed me in their busy schedule. Dr. Polo explained what he needed to do to stabilize and then prepare the tooth for a crown.I was greatly relieved and confident I was receiving great care.

During our visit to our dentist I had a filling and my husband had a crown and we had a pleasant experience. During the evening our dentist took his time to call our home to find out how we’re doing. I thought that was very nice of him to take the time to do that. Thank you very much.

My cleaning was far better than I've received at other dentist's offices. Dr. Cruz made an effort to re-check a bridge he had installed a few months ago. And the people at the front desk are very friendly.... I think that's important! Thanks to all of you.
