Arrived at the office on time and had not hardly taken a seat in the waiting room when the appointment began. The young man who makes the molds for the permanent teeth is a real artist and he makes you feel very confident. The dental assistant is from Iowa, like me, so I feel right at home when we get together. And Dr. Cruz is always charming, professional and personable. He had a lot of drilling to do to get my metal fillings and old fragile tooth gone. Needed a second shot of novocaine, but it was as painless as things lik... read more
I'm almost 65 and I've had the most unsatisfactory experiences with numerous dentists throughout my short life. My two hour encounter with Dr. Cruz in his comfortable chair with his tiny small fingers examining my problematic crevice was absolutely bare able, if you future patients can possibly understand. His genuine empathy, wisdom, sense of humor and kindness were unique to say the least and I would highly recommend the doctor to anyone regardless of age or dental issues. Hurrah Dr. Cruz!
